At Ginter Family Law, we want to offer a multitude of services to meet everyone's family law needs.  Sometimes people only want to meet periodically or even only one time for a host of reasons.  For example, someone may have limited funds, or, maybe a person has a desire to handle most of the issues in a case on his or her own but has some questions on a procedure or the law in a particular area.  Maybe someone would like an attorney to review a document to see if it is prepared appropriately or if it could be prepared better.  

Whatever the reason, our Consultation Only service is where you make a call to meet with Mr. Ginter on an as-needed basis for legal advice.  There is no need for a fee agreement and you simply pay by the hour.  Payment is due upon completion of the meeting, and, since we accept cash, check or any major credit card,  the hardest part is making the phone call.  Please note that we do not become your attorney of record with this service.

A few things should be acknowledged, however, if you consider calling to schedule a one-time appointment:  First, if one has a significant amount of documents and/or the case is complex, we may need additional time to review the appropriate areas of a case file, which might need to be paid prior to the consultation.  Second, since we will not have been involved in your case to any signficant degree, even if you are a returning consultation, you will likely need to spend a good amount of time bringing us up to speed with your case.  Third, since we will not have been involved in your case to any significant degree, we may be limited to the amount of assistance we can provide.
