| This Family Law Website... |

To that end, feel free to browse the website at your leisure. If you are looking for information, you may want to visit our FAQ (i.e., Frequently Asked Questions) page for common questions and answers.
Additionally, from time to time, we offer various educational classes that last approximately 1 hour that may be of interest to you. These classes will be posted on our event Calendar. Directly below the Event Calendar is a convenient online registration form that you can use if you are interested in attending a class. Unless otherwise indicated, the classes are free of charge and may be just the thing you need to help steer you in the right direction. We understand that Family Law matters are emotionally difficult, scary and, oftentimes, expensive. Litigating Family Law issues typically exacerbates all of those concerns.
In litigation, also called the "traditional" method, both parties go to court—a public forum for all to see and hear—and hope to receive a favorable ruling from the court. Contrary to popular belief, there are almost no guarantees of outcome. Additionally, each party often ends up hiring his/her own attorney, where the costs add up quite quickly.
Due to the foregoing, Ginter Family Law is pleased to offer non-adversarial services where 1) the parties control the outcome of their case, 2) the negotiations are kept private and confidential and 3) the parties do not step foot into court. Learn more about Mediation and Collaborative Law Process to see if one of those methods may work for your case. Additionally, we can be hired for non-adversarial purposes using a Partial Service arrangement.
Sometimes, litigation is the only practical means for resolving family law issues. Ginter Family Law offers full litigation support. Depending on the client's desire and budget, Ginter Family Law offers two types of litigation support: Full Service and Partial Service.
Finally, we also offer a Consultation Only service where you consult with Mr. Ginter on an as-needed basis with no contract required.
