Whether you are looking for divorce mediation, collaborative law or child custody litigation, we understand that family law matters are emotionally difficult, scary and, oftentimes, expensive. Litigating family law issues typically exacerbates all of those concerns.
In litigation, both parties go to court—a public forum for all to see and hear—and hope to receive a favorable ruling from the court. Contrary to popular belief, there are almost no guarantees of outcome. Additionally, each party often ends up hiring his/her own attorney, where the costs add up quite quickly.
Due to the foregoing, Ginter Family Law is pleased to offer non-adversarial (i.e., out-of-court) services where 1) the parties control the outcome of their case, 2) the negotiations are kept private and confidential and 3) the parties do not step foot into court. The two types of non-adversarial service options offered at Ginter Family Law are Mediation and Collaborative Law. Additionally, we can be hired for non-adversarial purposes using a "partial service" arrangement.
Sometimes, litigation is the only practical means for resolving family law issues. Ginter Family Law offers full litigation support. Depending on the client's desire and budget, Ginter Family Law offers two types of litigation support: Full Service and Litigation Partial Service.
