Mr. Ginter, a Natomas Family Law attorney and mediator, received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Management from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, where he was placed on the Deans Honor Roll and received a Traynor Honor Society award for academic excellence. While attending McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Ginter also received the awards of Top Oral Advocate and Honors in recognition of excellence in oral advocacy. In addition to being admitted into the State Bar of California, Mr. Ginter is also admitted into the Eastern District Court of California.
Mr. Ginter graduated law school in 2004 and has limited his practice to only family law since 2006. Mr. Ginter has a special interest in non-adversarial resolution of all family law issues through such vehicles as Mediation and Collaborative Law Process, which allow the parties the opportunity to informally and amicably resolve all issues without stepping foot into a courtroom and arguing their matter in front of the public. Mr. Ginter is also a family law litigation attorney, in the event a non-adversarial mode is not utilized. When Mr. Ginter is not practicing Family Law, he enjoys composing, recording and performing music and exercising.
Mr. Ginter has been elected the Vice Co-Chair of the Sacramento County Pro Bono Mediation Group since 2008 and he is also an active member and a past Board of Director of the Natomas Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, as a proud supporter of the Natomas community, Mr. Ginter is directly responsible for founding and leading a business social group in Natomas in 2009 called the Natomas Business Network, which continued through 2011.

| "Green" Law Office Pledge |
Mr. Ginter has always been an avid supporter of a clean environment and in taking steps to protect the environment. Law offices are notorious for using an extreme amount of paper. At Ginter Family Law, we have a "green" office pledge where we are taking as many steps as possible to reduce paper use, such as the increased use of digital means, such as email, for correspondence and billing. Typically, the use of digital means is preferred by clients not only to help our environment, but we hear positive feedback of less paper "clutter" and increased efficiency. We are pleased to offer non-paper tools to our clients to help protect our environment and to decrease needless paper waste.
